"Why won't it let me play in the Hollow?"

SOLUTION:
This usually happens in Safari. And the problem is that Pixie Hollow and safari are currently working to get their two products to work together, but they haven't fully 'bugged it out' yet. The Hollow first says to try to exit the browser, and try again. If that doesn't work, the Hollow also recommends you download another supported browser. Such as firefox, google chrome, internet explorer, opera, ect.

SOLUTION:
The computer programers who put Pixie Hollow to life have to have a time where no fairies are in the Hollow. This allows them to test out what they've been working on (such as new shops, clothes, or features) without the fairies experiencing tons of strange glitches. They usually "tinker away" for around an hour or two, and will allow you to join the hollow once they're done.
